Coffee is generally a bad idea because it is a diuretic sp?) or so I thought. Water, gatorade or right back to whatever you were drinking (which works best even if it can be unbearable sometimes).

Gatorade and a shower. In the shower switch the water to ice cold and then back to as hot as you can take it several times, supposedly gets your adrenaline up and helps.

Solid advice. I would add in a cup of hot coffee at the end of it, and you'll be good to go.

This is a horrible idea.

Fluids, advil, greasy spoon. Sleep. Failing that, prayer.

this will help ypu for three seconds. after that you need fluids and electrolytes.

Easy. Nice cuppa tea, and a big fry-up.

Fried eggs,bacon, toast minimum, but if you can get any, add in backed beans, saugages, fried mushrooms too. + Black pudding (==blood sausage for you Americans) if you like it. Better fried in lard that vegetable oil. This will cure it, every time.

Plus if you have to go throw up half-way through, it remains appetising even if a little cold and congealed on return.
