Cant play/download the upgrade!!!!!!!

I have some unfinished business/bonuses to take care of at PokerNow....I tried to download the upgrade but I get a pop up from "16 Bit MS-DOS Subsystem" saying that "CPU has encountered an illegal instruction"...

Any help from you computer folks?

Umm, maybe just uninstall PokerNow and reinstall / redownload the client from the website.

I got the illegal thing too, but I downloaded directly from Party and it worked. I'm at home and I think it has something to do with the ultra powerful Norton on this computer.

pardon my ignorance, but what do you mean by ultra powerful Norton... or any chance this is sarcastic?

Odd, I was able to download the new patch for PokerNow with no problems (and I'm running Symantec AV v9.0 corporate).

Ok....figured it out...i had to create a new folder for the software...i dunno why....mysteries of Windows I guess
