Exactly how big does the post have to be to pull this move? Pot specifics are not given in the book. |

I'm not sure but i could guess...
If the table is tight and passive, the pot has to be a tad bigger than when you would call 1 bet (so 10 SBs or so). If it is semi-loose aggressiv eit has to be big enough you would call 2 cold (so 20 SBs or so). Most of the time it will be somewhere in between. |

Sounds like it explains in all on those two pages.
Pots are big when: 1.6-handed or more preflop 2.raised preflop and 4-handed 3.Three-bet or more preflop 4.At least 2 of your opponents will go to the river Pretty basic stuff, it is in SSHE as well. |
