Briefly...

You don't bet/raise enough postflop in relation to how often you call. As is, calling in 20% of your actions on the flop can't be close to right.

You could probably raise a little more preflop and probably should play a few less hands until you get the right amount of aggression postflop.

Also I realize this is a tiny sample, but you probably shouldn't be defenind your SB 25% of the time, especially at 2/4. You might be overdefending the BB a bit, but not much and the sample is small so it's not a huge deal.

Mostly postflop though, call less, bet/raise more. And you don't check-raise nearly enough either. Post hands, ask for feedback.

I can say you may be completing from the SB a bit too much. Play a bit tighter from the SB, unless there are alot of limpers and the pot odds are good. 40% VP$IP from the SB is definitely too high.
