A hand I wasn't sure about...

So I'm told that the best way to get help here is to post some hand history, so here it is. Any comments welcome.

On this hand I called a raise from mp w/ K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] and flopped top pair only to be bet into and then raised. I think the player on the button had AQ and possibly a flush draw. How would you have played it and did I make a mistake by being too passive on this hand?

$.15 is raked from a pot of $3.80.
jfpqie wins $3.65.

Looks like AQ to me. I think I made a good laydown but I'm not sure that I should've been in the hand.

KQs is a hand I think is mucked to a raise, unless very agressive raiser pre-flop.

On the flop, throw in a raise and fold to a re-raise.
