Default Party Points Redemption = Too Much Account Activity?

Let's say, hypothetically, that I intended to open a new Party account and have my old one closed when queried. Assume I haven't played on the old Party account for ~6 weeks. If, before closing the account, I used a bunch of old, collecting-dust, Party Points to order a sackful of beenies or some such, does anyone know whether the redemption would (or would likely) jeopardize the creation of the new account?

If you have a ton of points, enter one of the larger PP tournaments and try to get some cash on the way out.

Doubt it, good luck getting stuff from the store, they had some new color beanies in there a few weeks ago I got orange and yellow and army green(they are soooo pretty, LMAO) anyway, when you open a new account, be prepared to not be able to use the same account information(like same neteller account) to deposit, its been floating around here lately and I had a hicup at multi and had the same problem, I opened epassporte(its great BTW, once you get some lubrication for the initial setup fee).
