Wow, why would you want to double up and split into 2 tables. You would keep the $50 at one table. You will have an advantage by having more $ then almost everyelse there, since they have to buy-in for $25. The more $ at a $25NL table, the better.

Baby Jesus already cried today. The reason why he would want to keep the $50 at the one table is because there is the dude with his entire life savings sitting at the table and Fim should be looking to double through that guy repeatedly. Therefore, he should keep the $50 at the table instead of taking $25 off the table. It has nothing to do with the 'fact' that if you have $50 and everyone else has $25, you have an advantage. You don't. Or POSSIBLY a VERY slight one because you can lose a few pots and still cover. But that is a very slight advantage for sure.

Playing two tables = twice as many hands = better winrate per hour
Having your whole bankroll in play in every hand = higher risk of ruin than having half your bankroll in play in every hand

But perhaps he should try to double through once more and then sit at 4 tables? I'm not saying you dont have a point, im just saying its a tradeoff and there is something to be said for keeping all 50 here.
