Default 44 facing a checkraise from a LPP on the flop

Villain is 40/3/.30 after 115 hands. Being that passive, I thought a fold was in order. Is this clear cut either way? Sorry to post back-to-back; trying to learn something from worst night I've had in 11 months.

Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (8 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is UTG with 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
Hero calls, 1 fold, MP1 calls, MP2 calls, 2 folds, BB checks.

Flop: (4.33 SB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (5 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, MP1 folds, MP2 folds, BB raises, Hero folds.

In this small pot folding is correct play. It is likely that you are behind and drawing max. 2 outs.
