44 facing a checkraise from a LPP on the flop
Villain is 40/3/.30 after 115 hands. Being that passive, I thought a fold was in order. Is this clear cut either way? Sorry to post back-to-back; trying to learn something from worst night I've had in 11 months.

In this small pot folding is correct play. It is likely that you are behind and drawing max. 2 outs.
