Looking for a Free Stock Screener

Hi, I'm looking for a stock screener, preferably free that will enable me to find stocks that have just broken over their 30 week moving average.

Any ideas for finding these stocks?

Telechart 2005 is the best application for screening, you have to pay for the data feed, but the application is free!
