Default Nearing the money - Party 30+3, how was this play?

Villain seemed like a tight player, didn't do anything to crazy and had been showing down good hands. Was it stupid to fold top pair, ace kicker?

very.

Why are you calling his min raise if you wont put your chips in on this flop? its all well and good saying *pot odds*... but if you are hoping to flop a boat/2 pair.. then you certainly dont have the pot odds for that minor miracle.

If he trapped you, then chalk it up and move onto the next tourny.

Yeah, I kinda felt idiotic after making that fold. I'm still in the tourney though, recovered from that and doing ok with 5 left till the money. But still, that hand was in the back of my mind and I was angry at myself for folding.
