Empire cashouts

Anyone have slow cashouts at Empire lately? Im at over three days now. Its funny given I was just promoted to the VIP club.

They usually take under 24 hours (and usually around 2-4 hours). Just wondering. Thanks.

Made a cashout from them less than 12 hours ago, it was in my NETeller account 30 minutes after the cashout. Did you get the confirmation mails? I think it is time to contact them.

I would call them.

Have you filled out the preferred player application thingy at pay-pro? This will DRAMATICALLY speed up your cashout times.

Do the clowns at EmpirePoker even have a phone number? I have tried emailing a few EmpirePoker.com addresses (info, cashier) as well as info@pay-pro.com with no success.

This is pretty frustrating - first time I have had any trouble cashing out from a Party or skin account.
