Another Poker Room Question

So I cashed in 1000 points for a "$10 bonus package" in their Player Points Retribution offer. However, it didn't add $10 to my account balance. Under "Account Bonuses", it shows $10 Bonus Dollar Package with an expiration date, but I don't know what to do to get the $10 into my account. Moreover, I don't know what expires on that date (considering I already cleared all the points in the first place). What am I supposed to do?

I tried support, but haven't heard back from them.

Once you purchase the bonus package, you have to collect more points in order to clear it and release the money to your balance. It's typically a 3x or 4x bonus once you buy the package.

Not anymore. $10 package is 9x this time around.

Once you've cleared your other bonii, it will tell you how many points you need to clear the $10 one in your cashier's page.

I believe it would be 100 player points.
