IMO: any hand that's beating you does not move all-in over the top of you, unless it's T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].

In most of these situations though I call, lose, and then start up another SNG because I suck.

exactly what I thought, I put him on a flush draw unless hes really tricky or has a 9 and doesnt want a flush or straight to draw out on him

You make a nice bet-out making it difficult for him to put you on that hand as he'd probably expect you to slowplay it. I'd say you definitely call and hope he has A8 or possibly even a big pair like AA since he limped as first in. Of course, the flush draw is very likely, but also worth it to call.
