No, the table of contents won't be identical or even close to it. The book is like TOP in that it's a theoretical treatment of the topic, not in layout.

i really dont see how you can have a theory of NL thats different than the theory of poker in general...

maybe the brunson quote comes to mind, the key blah blah is putting a man to a decision for all his chips or whatever
