Default Party 30/60: AA on blank board.

I have limited information on SB, but he seems loose-aggressive. Stats: 45/28/3 over 50 hands.

Looks fine to me. I presume you're asking about the river where you might raise as the pair on the board might be counterfeiting something like T4 or a poor play with AT. But if you raise he might reraise with trips. So it's probably not terrible +/- EV in either case.

A player with those stats would probably raise any pair or any 2 high cards. I think that with Tx he would have reraised on flop.
I put him on a flush draw/straight draw on flop, maybe 56.
I would have called on flop and raised the turn with the intention of betting/calling to the showdown...

I likely would have played it the same way. You are likely up against a set but can't fold. In fact, I might not 3-bet the turn if I knew if was a tight player. I think you would have gotten alot more flop action from AT or KT. The only hands you beat are KK or QQ and they seem unlikely based on preflop action..
