I thought my K was good, but with the check raise and then getting bet into, i am not so sure.

You think your K is good? Then don't minraise. The initial flop bet is okay, because it's basically the size of the pot - when he minraises you, come back at him for $3-4 and see what his action is.
You can't get any sort of read on him by raising him .5 - come on now.

Why not raise to 2 or 3 on the flop to find out??
If he called/raised that one, then you may know where you stand fairly well. But as it stands you face an incoming 1/2 pot bet and have no idea whether he was trying a play or not.
