I think you shoulda bet for value here. It's pretty clear he has an ace, if this is true, then the only hand that beats you is AK (king in diamonds)
I dunno what his or your table image was, but i wouldnt think someone would raise 5 BBs and simply call 2x the raise with AK. |

I would either flat call or raise more preflop. I might fold the flop, but I'd probably call since he didn't reraise preflop so KKw/K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] is likely not there, and there's only 4 combos of the A w/ K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. The problem with drawing to 4 card flushes is you don't usually get paid off if you hit.
