Default poorly played blind battle

This is the second hand I've played on the table. I have no reads on the big blind, but I feel like I played this awfully...suggestions for improvement?
Party Poker 15/30 Hold'em (9 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is SB with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
7 folds, Hero raises, BB 3-bets, Hero calls.

Flop: (6 SB) K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets, Hero calls.

Turn: (4 BB) A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets, Hero calls.

River: (6 BB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, with the booring and simple intention of calling any bet.
Who checkraises the turn? Who bets out on the river and calls a raise? Who bets out on the river and folds to a raise? Who folds on the flop?

Check/raise the turn or river. Without reads that he bets the river often, I would make it the turn.

I BELIEVE A CHECK/RAISE ON THE TURN IS A VERY BAD PLAY.

You're a strong favorite on the turn. Must CR, or maybe bet out (or maybe wait to CR the river, or bet out the river. Just don't check call down.)

Also, I'd often cap preflop, depending on the guy.

Two suggestions:

1/ Post your reasoning, or you'll only get responses such as this one.

2/ Turn off Caps Lock.

I know the first comment isn't directed at me, but some reasoning:
1) Capping ATo out of position seems a bit to aggro, especially against an unknown.
2) I feel like checkraising the turn will cause a hand like 66 or 77 to fold, but if they'll call that and hte river bet I'm golden
3) I'm trying to get back into the limit mindset after playing a bunch of NL...trying to avoid dominated hands and whatnot, but I definitely missed some value here. Is the ocnsensus that a turn C/R will get called by the small pps?

I agree.

without any reads do we assume he folds these pairs? check/raising will find out. *shrug*

I don't think a turn CR is bad, but as I said just about every line but a calldown has merit. Of course each one would be most effective against a particular type of player. But an unknown 5/106m player will call down with a small pp quite a bit (and he's not making a big mistake by doing so.)

As for the p/f cap, I don't do it all the time, and I'd be more likely to do it with 22 than AT, but it's worth considering.
