I bought it a few months ago and found that sections of it were quite helpful.
Lee Jone's section helped improve my play in sit n go tournies.
Negreanu has an insightful section on tournament end play...
Barry Tennenbaum gives a really good talk on position and other fundamentals.
Mark Gregorich talks about what the professional poker life is like and what to expect if you so choose to become one.
The panel discussion was so so...lot of people asking dumb questions...there were alot of more important things that could have been asked in my opinion.

Mike Caro's section was good although he repeats some of the same concepts that he seems to give in all his recorded sessions.

Hope this little overview helps...overall the dvd was good but a little expensive. Try to find a used copy....
