1. What does it mean when Sklansky says that if I have KQo others are getting implied odds off me?
2. How do you treat pocket jacks in the big blind with an UTG raise and 3 callers? (limit/no limit)
No limit tourney--all start with 5000 in chips, 3rd round, blinds 40/80, your chip leader at table with 9000. Are the blinds big enough for you to start bullying with your stack--and with what types of raises do you do it? (sorry, I know thats vague, but such is my understanding)
4. This was a wierd one. No limit rebuy+add on, 15minutes in, 89s, and 6 people are in preflop for approx 60% of our stacks. Call?
