Default Head check: AQo MP2

Been having trouble getting deep lately. I think I'm missing opportunities. I also think I'm overplaying my upper mid-strength hands. I slowed down here: is this standard? I sort of feel like if I'm playing this hand I need to raise, but if I raise I can't be afraid to push any flop. Comments?
