hmmm... i cant think of a hand we beat that plays this way but i love calling value bets. seriously i agree with the other posters in saying to raise a little more on the turn and im not folding a set in this spot.

Bump it up a bit more on the flop raise, ~$9 is a good number. Hammer him Big on the turn though. By raising him up just $3 more on the flop, you've put $6 more in the pot on the turn, now his lead has to be more, and your raise can be more. Hindsight is 20/20 of course, and he probably hit a flush on you.

I can't think of a worse way of playing AA. Last to act with no hope of a raise behind him, he gives every a free look at the flop with the nuts. Then, on the turn when he's clearly beaten, no only does he call, but leads again on the river. Where does this guy play?
