Default Please kick me in the nuts

I played this horribly on every street except preflop. I'm posting here to get berated soundly so I won't ever do it again.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $2 BB (9 handed) converter

UTG+1 ($198)
MP1 ($192)
MP2 ($220.05)
Hero ($200)
CO ($199.30)
Button ($229.40)
SB ($235.50)
BB ($152)
UTG ($111.50)

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $1.
<font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $7</font>, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $20</font>, <font color="#666666">4 folds</font>, UTG calls $13.

Flop: ($43) 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">UTG bets $15</font>, Hero calls $15.

Turn: ($73) 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">UTG bets $30</font>, Hero calls $30.

River: ($133) K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">UTG bets $46.50 (all-in)</font>, Hero calls $46.50.

Final Pot: $179.50

Results in white below: <font color="#FFFFFF">
UTG shows Qh Qs (two pair, kings and queens).
Hero has Ad As (two pair, aces and kings).
Outcome: Hero wins $179.50. </font>

Raise more preflop. $21 minimum.

Raise that weak bet on the flop.

Raise that weak bet on the turn.

FOLD THE RIVER!!! What the heck you think she's betting all the way. She just made 3 kings: do the right thing and fold.

I don't like results in white. I have no discipline.

Me or villain?

I honestly think we should both have made some lists with this hand....

If you have any reads on villain, you really didn't play it so poorly.

call me crazy but i kinda like everything but the obvious river fold. what hands call a reraise that your afraid of here? JJ seems to be the only reasonable hand that's beating you and a reraise on the flop against that hand results in a nasty decision when he goes all-in. any card but the king hits and you get to put in a nice reraise on the river. I think the only place you might have made more with this hand is on the flop (hindsight I know) maybe this is why im still at NL100, but I've been working on getting more out of my big hands-not blowing my opponents off their second best hands etc.

Flop call is fine. I don't see Villain having a draw here, and giving a card here isn't likely to kill your action. I probably get it all in on the turn given that Villain doesn't have much behind.

I didn't berate you, but can I still kick you in the nuts?
