Default Trying to find more PFRs

Following on from some recent advice on finding more PFRs (I'm about 18/7 preflop)

Comments? This is one that I'd usually just limp along with, but thought I'd try rasing it up on the button

CCryptologic 0.25/0.50 Hold'em (9 handed) link

Preflop: Hero is Button with T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
UTG calls, 2 folds, MP2 calls, 1 folds, CO calls, Hero raises, 1 folds, BB 3-bets, UTG calls, MP2 calls, CO calls, Hero calls.

Flop: (15.60 SB) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (5 players)
BB bets, UTG raises, MP2 folds, CO folds, Hero ??

Bit lost here, two to me and I'm not closing the action what now?

pretty easy lay down here. PFR here is standard.

Fold unless UTG's raises magically turns those diamonds into hearts.

I did fold, it just feels weak folding after raising pre-flop!

Jaxup, What are your PFR standards for the button after a couple of limpers then? Just wondering as SSH has JTs as a limp on the tight chart

ATo+ (maybe A9 or A8 if opponents are weak), Axs, K8s+, any suited broadways, 99+, 98s, T9s. Maybe a few others. FWIW my PFR was 16 on the button when I played .5/1.

you dont want to be raising here preflop in most cases. with this many calls, you'd want to play JTs for flush/straight values. it's pretty close, but unless the table's super loose, ur most likely dominated here. now you CAN raise this IF you're trying to steal the blinds or there are 3 or 4 limpers ahead of you IMO.

fold the turn. easy play.

I'd rather raise this from CO than from the button (not that raising from the button is bad). One of the big reasons for raising in late position is to buy the button. In this case, you already have ultimate position, so this does not factor into your reasons for raising.

Fold here, pity those diamonds weren't hearts!

Why? It's not unusual for a good hand pre-flop to become junk after the flop if the wrong cards hit and you have to cold-call 2 bets to continue. That's just part of the game.

PT tells me that I've done this 18 times so far (out of 22K hands, so maybe it is a little unusual) - mostly with A-high kicker hands.
