Default TPTK check or push on the turn ?

first hand of the game, i put him on Qx so i pot bet investing 15% of my stack and he calls, you push the turn of check fold ? Are you worried about the two hearts ?

As this is the first hand how do you put him on a Q?

Also, it looks like you bet double the pot?

Don't overbet the pot like that. I bet the pot on the flop and 1/2 on the turn, I'd probably fold to a push since if he has qx theres a good enough cance he has a K to go with it.

With how you played it though I doubt he has hearts, but he could have a set or some such thing. I'd just bet the pot and see what happens. I hate getting in situations like these that early though.

i didnt expect him to call an overbet with a 4flush
and the boards not connected in any other way
so i figured Q

i bet hard because i wanted to end it

You put him on a queen because he wouldn't call the overbet with a flush draw, and I imagine you think he would have raised if he had a king.

That's not how $11 SNGs work. He still has a very wide range of hands when he calls the flop bet.

Yeah, don't overbet pot here just pot. And the Kh is the worst card in the deck for you, and I might check and fold this, but leading again is good I guess.
