NETeller running slow?

I cashed out $300 from my PokerStars account to Neteller at 9:11 AM today (seven hours ago), and the money still hasn't shown up. I've only deposited money into Neteller a handful of times, but I don't remember it ever taking this long. Does the site just run slowly sometimes, or should I be concerned? Thanks.

I think that they are doing something to Neteller today. I tried to log in twice today only to get an error msg.
