Default 77 initial raiser post-flop, what to do?

Blinds were 25/50? I raised in MM to 250. Everyone fold to small blind who called. Flop was 10 9 3 rainbow. Small Blind Checks. I have 1000 left and caller had 2200. What is the best play here? If I bet, how much?

At that blind level what why are you raising to 5xBB with 77? What is your plan if you get called? It builds a big pot, with likely overcards on the flop to your pair.

Since you did it, that's probably the best situation you could hope to be in, so of course you have to bet it.

I'd probably bet enough that you could be confident that your opponent has a pair if he calls, if so then it's check/folding time.
