I would have folded preflop

What's wrong with that preflop call?

ok...I toss k9 from there...I definitely throw it away on the flop. All that action on the turn is too much for me. All of this and you're drawing at the 2nd nut...nice stinking pot though!!!!!

OK, thanks all for the input. Even on the tight standards from SSHE, K9s is playable from mp1. I was sorely tempted to fold pre-flop I admit, just as I was on the flop and the turn. I got lucky, no doubt, and I hate big variance swings too. I think the 9 heart outs gave me 4-1 and my turn bet worked out. I've had it go south plenty of times to though! At any rate thanks all for the input. BTW, no one had an ace. 6's and 2 pair. See below.

Results in white below:
UTG has 6h 6s (straight, six high).
UTG+1 has 6c Jc (straight, six high).
UTG+2 has Tc 3d (two pair, tens and threes).
Hero has Kh 9h (flush, king high).
Outcome: Hero wins 39 BB.
