Team Performance Bet?

Pinnacle has a prop for VT Team Performance. I'm assuming this is the number of points scored. The under at 37.5 is at +100. Does this seem like a good bet to anyone. as VT will be playing a better defense than most teams they have faced so far?

Team performance is the total number of points scored. In addition, if the team wins, 10 points are added on.

Pinny has been offering individual team over/under lately. Some time, on a big favorite, you can get a few "free" points by betting the over on the favorite because you can "assume" the win and the 10 extra points.

A good example was from this past week: Washington v. S.F. I think it was safe to assume the extra 10 points for the win, thus, you were able to get 2 - 3 points off the regular line.
