Default 5/10 playing back from the BB

Villain is 36.5/13/1.5, decent postflop, likes to slowplay.
Attempt to steal blinds is 29% over 2,7k hands, he is a regular in this game. SN is Y_do_u_ask if it helps

Party Poker 5/10 Hold'em (6 max, 5 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is BB with 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, Hero calls.

Flop: (4.40 SB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">Button bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, Button calls.

Turn: (4.20 BB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises</font>, Hero folds.

Final Pot: 7.20 BB

Should I just call this down? What if turn or river are a K?

I'd fold he's not that agr, but you do need to 3-bet him light on the flop or turn occasionally to keep him inline.

My post was a bit misleading, the question was if it was better to just call it down from the flop on.
I think the turn is a pretty clear fold but is my CR flop - bet the turn line better than just check-calling it down all the way?

Regarding the question I like your line as that is how I play it when I have something - so I like playing it the same if I do not...

I would guess that I take the same line about 30% of the time, and the rest of the time fold on either flop or turn. But I'm assuming I'm playing it wrong, and should be calling down sometimes too.

I don't like any type of bluffing when the board is paired. I would call down this board.
