problems with hood's sng

hey, I cant seem to upload anymore sng's, it just says 'no hand histories found in file', is there something ive done wrong. anyone else have a similar problem, cheers

Couple things you should check.

1. Make sure that you are importing the HH saved to your Hard drive. SNG tracker does not read the emailed HH.
2. Make sure the default name is set correctly.
3. Try importing the folder manually, sometimes the "Import from Watches" does not work
4. Try restarting SNG tracker.

thanks, ive tried all that. but for some reason it will upload the sng's from the 18 and 19th but nite the ines from the 20th and 21st
