Default all-in with flush draw?

My first tounament post - hello everyone

Heads up in a $10 limit table. Stakes are at 600-1200. I have 2500 in my stack and opponent has 5500. opponent has been aggressive with made hands and hasn't shown down any bluffs.
My hand Kd 8d, I raise and opponent calls.
Flop: 3d, 3c, 10d,. Opponent bets... (telling me he's more than likely got a 3 or 10), hero..?

I'm new to STT's and am wondering what a good strategy is here with this flush draw in this situation.

You have to go all in here, you're getting sufficient odds to draw on your flush.
2400 in the pot, 1300 more and you're all in. Unless you think he's got A3d or already has a full (which you can't know) then you have to call.
