Default Can There Be Any New Ideas in Poker?

Is there room for any new or revolutionary ideas in poker theory, or can it only be a matter of applying existing ideas to the endless situations and permutations that arise at the table? Sklansky?

Lol. I'm sort of wondering if Mr. Sklansky can tell us whether he's already thought of all the overriding ideas so, when trying to become a better player, I don't have to worry about that part of it.
