Is there a better razor

Can someone explain the difference between the "turbo" and the "power?"

the power has a AA battery and actually vibrates when you turn it on. Good in theory, but I find it's just weird and I end up not getting as good a shave with more irritation. The Turbo is the same as the regular mach 3 with some improvements that really do help, ven though I couldn't adequately describe what they are.
