Seriously, the only, only, only time you ever min-raise is to be deceptive. And you only do this very, very rarely (ie: with monster hands versus LAGs who like to come over the top of "weak" bets). QJo is NOT a raising hand with 2 limpers on level 1. Most posters in this forum will tell you to simply fold pre-flop here. That being said, Flop play is fine. Turn I'm probably just calling and hoping villain feels like betting the River. Raising the Turn after only calling the Flop pretty gives away your hand as either QJ or 99 (or maybe something like T9 or K9 - At any rate, villain is not going to call with only a pair unless he's spectacularly bad (which, of course, is why it happens all the time... [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] )). If villain checks the River, I'm betting half pot (and probably not getting called). If he bets then I'm just pushing since at least half his stack will be in there and he may not be able to get away. |
