Default From the SB, against a steal raise... what do you do?

My Folded SB to steal is around 88% which seems too high. I would like to know what hands you guys defend against a raise. And when you defend, do you always 3 bet? Limit Guru Jason Pohl from pokerpages.com makes a great argument for 3 betting as it'll make the pot heads up. ( "The Scary Small Blind" -- Part II)

Lately, I've always been under the mentality that I must 3 bet or fold if I choose to defend. I'm not sure what hands to 3 bet and what hands to fold (or if there are calling hands). What are your standards? I can't imagine 3-betting preflop with stuff like QJo

Against a CO or Button raise, how do you play:

ATs
ATo
A9o
A8o
A7o
22
55
77
QJs
QJo
KJo
KQo
JTs
J9s
9Ts
89s
78s

Default Re: From the SB, against a steal raise... what do you do?

It of coursed depends on the Stealer... but I have assumed an aggressive stealer at 10/20.

ATs 3bet
ATo 3bet
A9o 3bet
A8o 3bet
A7o borderline
22 fold
55 3bet
77 3bet
QJs 3bet
QJo used to fold, but I am going to start 3 betting
KJo 3bet
KQo 3bet
JTs 3bet
J9s fold
9Ts fold
89s fold
78s fold
