I went back and forth for about 6 emails for the same thing.
I actually SHOWED my hand and the pot was being pushed
and it froze. "The hand is not over until the button has
passed to the next position" is the standard in their broken
English form letter. When they refuse to pay you AFTER
you WON the hand and the game froze while PAYING you,
then you can moan.

Yes, but he would have folded in the face of my known-powerful Kung-Fu...or maybe Jedi mind tricks ("This is not the hand you want to play..."). Too bad we didn't get the chance to find out what metaphysical b.s. I would've whipped out on him.

If it's anything like how my day went it would have been three hours of this:

PokerStars 0.50/1.00 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
UTG raises, 4 folds, Hero 3-bets, 3 folds, UTG calls.

Flop: (7.50 SB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets, UTG calls.

Turn: (4.75 BB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets, UTG calls.

River: (6.75 BB) J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets, UTG calls.

Final Pot: 8.75 BB

Results in white below:
BB has 9s Qh (one pair, queens).
UTG has Jd Jc (flush, queen high).
Hero has Th Tc (flush, queen high).
Outcome: UTG wins 8.75 BB.
