Default ($6) 9-9 On The Bubble

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (4 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

SB (t4260)
BB (t1070)
UTG (t1130)
Hero (t1540)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
2 folds</font>, Hero calls [t1540] , SB completes.

Should I be pushing here even with chipleader still to act?

Yes. The breakeven point for pairs here is somewhere between 66-88 depending on how loose everyone is about calling (and other assumptions).
