Default Ticketmaster Help

Tomorrow I'll be futily trying to purchase World Series tickets via Ticketmaster and I'm looking for any advice I can get. TM apparently no longer allows anyone to search multiple times for the same event concurrently across multiple browsers.

However, it's unclear whether or not I can search for multiple events concurrently, like games 6 and 7 at the same time. Can anybody point me in the right direction on this question? Any other tips?

I would recommend having all of your info, including billing info, saved with TM. They often give you a small amount of time to input your personal info after you secure tickets. The small amount of time combined with the Internet traffic could be enough to keep you from getting that info in to them in time.

There shouldn't be a problem with searching multiple events at once.

From my experience, they've improved their system quite a bit to handle big onsales like this.

I would highly recommend that you stay away from phone sales.

You sure they stopped the multiple browser thing?

I did it successfully last week for the Green Day show at the Warfield.

No, but I'm doing this at work, and I can't install anything but IE anyway. Both their site and what I've come up with via google suggests they are cutting down though.
