10+1 Tourney

I have 10 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]10 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] in early position.
Blinds are 10/20 still the first level. My stack is 1180.

I raise to 100, one guy calls in middle position, BB reraises me to 180, I call, Middle position guy calls.

Flop: 9 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]4 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img](Pot Size 520)

BB checks, I bet out 300, Middle position guy min raises me to 600 after his min raise he has 100 left so its 400 more to call his all in, BB folds, I put middle position guy all in.

I didnt like the raise because I started to think, what do I beat? I couldnt think of a hand that I beat, but I dont know. Terrible move to put him all in? Should I have folded?
