He's also playing an incredible fish who, even if he is competent at poker, has no clue when he's ridiculously outmatched (and who's a fish to the extent that many people are suspecting that Far's heads-up match with him is nothing more than a relatively pleasurable way to launder money).

Put a couple hundred thousand in my bank account and we'll see how my hourly rate goes when I play the ATM heads-up

most of it was lost by this 'flopjunkie'...it's been a marathon that some have called money laundering...who knows...but the numbers are impressive...or depressing, depending on who you are.

I guess "flopjunkie" doesn't follow that old rule...never lose more than 700BB in one session.

There was some speculation on Daniel Negreanu's forum about it - I would look it up and link to it if it weren't for the fact that it was just a bunch of posts saying "man, they must be laundering money"

Aside from the fact that regardless of whether there's widespread speculation or not, it seems like a decent way to launder money (but certainly not perfect - if I had some money I wanted to launder, I would probably a) play at smaller stakes to avoid attracting attention, and b) play no-limit heads up instead of limit; much more efficient that way, imho)

there aren't any posts on it (to my knowledge), but it was discussed in the chat box at the table a couple different times during the match by onlookers.
