Default Value Bet This River?

I've been raising my button a lot and this is only the second time SB has three-bet. The last one didn't get shown down (I folded before river). In general, he hasn't been getting out of line. His stats are something like 77/9/1. BB is like 40/4/1. If they have been paying any attention at all, I'm sure they think I am quite aggressive.

Party Poker 5/10 Hold'em (6 max, 3 handed)

Preflop: Hero is Button with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].

Flop: (9 SB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB bets, BB calls, Hero calls.

Turn: (6 BB) J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB bets, BB folds, Hero raises, SB calls.

River: (10 BB) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB checks, Your turn .

EDIT: Also, any comments on earlier streets are certainly welcome.

If you think SB is bluffing 1/12th of the time, then call. Since the OP says he hasn't gotten out of line, I puke (thanks Bob) then fold.

Bet-fold is the best play here imo unless you cant fold to a raise from this player.

Bet. He seems like the sort of guy who likes to make curiousity calls. I'd probably curse and call a raise.

Given the way it is has played out, I see him folding to a river bet here approximately never. That really wasn't a concern. I'm just not sure that I'm ahead often enough to want to bet. If he has something like like AJ-AK, AA-TT, I'm really only beating AJ and QQ.
