Default What does it take to get kicked out?

I play at Casino Arizona and last night this drunk, who didn't understand Omaha Hi Lo and reeked of booze and was constantly swearing sat down next to me and gave his money away. He would call with weak hands and I saw him muck the nuts at least once. I kinda wanted him to go, but I wasn't going to be the one to vote for it and of course, I admit, part of me wanted him to keep playing. I even got a $4 tip for bringing him luck even though he was down $400 in about an hour at $6-12. At what point does a casino become liable for not kicking him out? Bars are held responsible for drunks to some extent, aren't they?
