maybe this is why checkraising with a monster is good sometimes.

seriously, leading with a monster is fine. checkraising with a monster is fine. its not as if leading with a monster is anything new and revolutionary. it all depends on how you've been playing your other hands the last few cycles.

if you've been picking off continuation with checkraises then checkraising with monster is fine as there is chance of 3 bet from villain.

I don't see how we can just blatantly state that lead is better than checkraise.
