I want to be a soccer-dad when I grow up. Seriosly. I have no problem with the future wife making the money while my biggest decision of the day is what to feed the kids for lunch.

With that in mind, I am on my way to being a HS teacher, so at least i can pull the soccer-dad thing during T-ball season.

This is my current occupation, plus student. But it's swimming dad in my case. We spend approx 3 hours per night at the pool 5 nights a week. I play poker and run around with my kids during the day.

Being a HS teacher wouldn't be that bad because you get to stare at teenage thong all day long.

Kathy Leibert once said after she left the corporate world that her mother told her to, "Do what you love and the money will follow". Seems logical. No matter what you choose to do in life for a living, you should live so that you love your life. Not your salary.
