thanks for all the responses. i'm going to make every effort to check out all the bands mentioned. that will keep me busy for a while.

i listened to sumday. good stuff. they remind me a lot of wilco. that said, i wasn't blown away...i think i'm looking for something that rocks a bit more, or sounds more edgy, if that makes any sense.

their new single rocks. you can get it at insound.com undertheir mp3 section. its called pull the cutains.

i'll try and think of some more stuff that rocks though.

the album, No kill no beep beep is a rocker pretty much all the way through aside form like 3 songs. prett edgy. they're on dischord.

although now they broke up.
