Nope, looks fine to me. I actually really like this play given the stack sizes, as you get the maximum FE against the CO, since your 3-bet push leaves him with a lot to call. Against a better king or 2 pair (albeit unlikely given this flop), its almost a coinflip, so with the added FE its a solid play. Against a set, you're in a little trouble, but still have plenty of outs.

Also, the play could depend on the stage of the tourney. I like this play a lot more early on when accumulating chips is more important than survival. On the bubble, ITM, or final table, its still alright, but not quite as nice.

Typically if I have a flush draw and a pair, I figure that I am a big favorite to anything but a set, and even against a set I got outs.

I'd probably do that if I had middle pair and a flush draw, if someone is playing tpgk and I got mptk and a flush draw, I figure I got 14 outs to beat him, which to me is plenty even if I am behind. Top pair and flush draw? I'd reraise all in to a raiser too, put him to the test, and if I am behind, figure that I got a good chance of catching an out. At worse, I have a flush draw, and most likely, I got 12 outs here and can gamble.
