With this many people in the pot, I would rather cap with KQs than AJs prelfop.

cap the turn, raise the river. The only hands you are behind on the turn are 44 and 22, very unlikely holdings given preflop action. Get as many bets in as you can now, your equity is huge.

I don't like the pre-flop cap.

AJs certainly has an equity edge against 5 other loose players. You should be capping this preflop all the time to push your equity edge, unless the other raiser is a very tight raiser. I think preflop is the best played street here.

Cap PF--equity anyone? Easy.
Flop- 3-bet. Yes, there is a way to protect--if you call, the next caller behind you is getting 14.5 to 1 to call. If you 3-bet, it's 10 to 1. There is a difference.
Turn- This is bad. Get it capped.
River- This is bad. Get it capped.

It's like you played this hand in reverse.

Explain why these are unlikely from a player in the SB who had 4 people cold calling a Ep raise before the action was on him.

Seems like a perfect place to call and hope for a set.

Preflop is ubersmooth. 3-bet the flop. I'd get some more bets in postflop.
