Flopped 2 pair, questionable turn play

Prima 400NL, 6-max. Hero has 400, table has me covered. I'm playing pretty tight so i raise utg with 78 hearts and get three callers. Flop comes 789 two tone. I lead for 50 into about a 60 dollar pot and get 2 callers. Turn is a rag 3 and the pot's now 210. What's my line? Bet 125ish and fold to raise?

Note- the two callers were around 27/11/2 after about 100 hands.

I'm divided between lead for 150 $ and call a raise or check-raising all-in. I dont see a fold here.
