very ugly. He has an equity edge against you. You are out of position, and judging from his VPIP and PFR, he is probably aggressive postflop. Very ugly.

My PFR is 19 and this is close to my range:

equity (%) win (%) tie (%)
Hand 1: 42.4337 % 42.08% 00.35% { 33 }
Hand 2: 57.5663 % 57.21% 00.35% { 66+, A6s+, K9s+, QTs+, JTs, A9o+, KJo+ }

not that this has any bearing on anything, but id assume a 45/20 is less sensative to position and probably raises more hands out of position than you do

Also a small read I neglected is that this guy tends to limp in with monsters... AK/AA/KK. He limped with KK in UTG1 about 20 hands ago. That might extend his range a bit.

I think the interesting part is this guys really on the boarder line for a 'LAG'. If he was a 60/35 it'd be a much easier raise to see a showdown.

Bad.

First you shouldn't mess around if you have no read on BB. This hand is going to be hard enough even if you know what they are doing. And certainly it is going to suck if BB has two overcards to your crabs and you have to play this three-handed.

Second UTG may have a higher pocket pair and you will probably suffer a serious loss getting away from your two-outer.

Third UTG may have unpaired overcards. That's a tossup except he has two huge advantages. He has position on you and he knows whether he paired his hand. You on the other hand are stuck in showdown-and-pray mode. That translates to big implied odds for him. The pots you lose are bigger than the pots you win.

Remember that: baby pocket pairs have bad implied odds heads up.
